Our policies consist of NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE,    
and/or NO RETURNS, all sales are final.

A special order is a purchase that you would like
to make from any of the websites listed in the
Online Catalog page.


4. What are the policies on special orders?
To place a special order 50% of the cost must be
paid the remaining balance should be paid upon
pick up. All special orders are not subject to
cancellation.


5. In what conditions will I receive my furniture?
All furniture pieces are brand new, in the
manufacture boxes; they must be inspected upon
pick up.
